TaxiDriver
Through what many would no doubt see as a stroke of good fortune, I've ended up with 5.5kg lump of Prime Sirloin with no idea what to do with it ? (Nothing to fancy or involved) Grill or Fry ? Boil or Roasted ? Im thinking cooked lower and slower for longer for best result ?

Wb123
Good work. I'd cut it into steaks and freeze, then when you fancy one warm to room temp right through, salt, pepper, 45 seconds a side in a really hot pan, done.
