lurcherboy
No you are not a racist unless you take a pleasure in slagging off people for the colour of their skin, race, or creed. I enjoy all jokes and that includes those about other race's. It is the guardian reading, north London, sad left wing ******* that have driven humour underground. Some of the best jokes I get via my mobile come form non-whites........ and yp, tosspot, lefty etc. Humour/comedy cross's all divides and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. naddan28
I have never seen or heard of Bernard Manning, until Question Time the other night. The panel's concesous was as he wasn't even funny, just crude. Although they didn't brand him racist they did imply this. Having never watched him, I am just relaying information. death from below
Look at it this way....can anyone name any comedians these days......probably not......they were celebrities in the 70's and 80's.....nowadays they are nothing than social commentators.....yeah we all like to laugh at our owns quirks and thats how comedians get away with their bland sense of humour nowadays.....the comedians of yesterday actually worked at it for a livivng....meaning they researched what the avrage bloke/woman found funny and played to it......nowadays its just social commentary on the government.........bloody boring.....anyone under 30 should go onto Uk gold sometime and watch the old "omedians" programmes......people like Bob monkhouse would wipe the floor with any of todays so called funny men/women......No one can take away my sense of humour....if a lefty toss pot finds it unacceptable and brands me a racist/sexist etc etc then so be it.... End of rant

SNAKEBITE
he was a funny person who just took the mickey out of everything. His type fell from fashion in the 80's when the "new wave" comedians(?) spouted their rubbish. Said what he thought and got slagged off for it. Still with an £8,000,000 fortune I gues he had the last laugh!
