ag12g
save yourself a lot of time and hassle and get the drip bolts from america
Donkey
The states That's where I have got them in the past but with the 3D nozzles at 99 pence a nozzle I was curious if anyone had tried them I suppose I will get some and try them not gonna break the bank at that price and if they work a lot cheaper than going and getting them from the states
ag12g
a fiend tried them and he had no success, ive also tried making my own out of brass bolts, mild steel bolts yet again with no acceptable results its a specialist job to make them which requires high quality drill bits and high speed equipment to drill them, good luck with the 3d nozzles keep us updated on how it goes
activeviii
Can't you just use brass mig welding tips? Saves drilling the tiny holes

Saves drilling the tiny holes They are too long and made of brass. I make my own out of mild steel bolts now but can see the promise in some of the 3D printer nozzles, short stainless ones. figgy
Trouble with brass or copper is the lead will stick to it as it will basically solder like a plumbing fitting.
Donkey
There are short 3D nozzles made from stainless with different size holes 0.8 is about no6 shot if I'm correct a quick google or look on e bay will bring them up
