Harry136
Hi, I already have one of these awesome mods for my .243, its a 6mm one. I'm putting in for a variation for a .308 soon and am thinking of buying another DPT mod for the above calibre, I believe its going to be a 7mm mod, if I were to use it on a .243, until I get the variation, am I going to have any issues with it? Houseplant
I believe your asking if you can put a moderator designed for a larger calibre on your .243? Contact DPT directly , they have great customer service and are happy to answer any questions in my experience. http://www.dpt.co.nz/contact-form.php Edited August 27, 2018 by Houseplant
Lloyd90
He wants to use the larger size mod on his 243... but he already owns a 243 mod... SO it looks like he will apply for a variation for a 308, and buy a 308 mod, and wants to know if he can use the 308 mod on the 243 I think? To the OP: 1) If you already own a 243 specific mod, why would you even bother trying? 2) If your applying for a variation for the 308 rifle, surely you have to also apply for the 308 mod? You can't just go out and buy one... and if you already have the slot, why do you have a 308 moderator slot, but no 308 rifle slot?
