 hiya guys,

this is a hazel walking stick , that has been pyrographed by my good lady
This stick has been decorated with Koi Carp, flowers and circles along its length using the art of pyrography.
the stick is 43 3/4 inches tall.
The diameter at the top is approximately 1.5 inches wide.
The diameter at the bottom is approximately 1 inch wide.
This stick was taken from our woodland in Wales.
Please note these are not perfectly straight.
The stick is pyrographed freehand so no other stick will ever be the same.
They are finished with  exterior varnish to protect them.

this stick is a real eye catcher.

also for sale elsewhere.

£60.00  + £10.00 p+p.

thanks for looking guys.

Well that's your fault not Lin's surely?

Her good self is the tech department.  It took me ten years to learn how to send an email, and about three years to get my head around text messaging . For the first couple of years as a mobile phone owner , I still carried a book with my numbers in ,as I could never access the numbers in my phone 😆.

This stick looks amazing in the flesh ,it's a real shame that our pics aren't as good 😕

She molly coddles him too much , that's the problem.

Haven't heard much about that wood lately, how's it coming along?

I must confess that she does spoil me nev. The wood is all good thanks , I've just got loads of things going on at the moment, and haven't had much free time to get up there , we're going up there tomorrow so that lin can cut a few sticks ,and I can do a bit more work on a composting toilet.

If your short of sticks you know where to come. I have some nice ash as well as nut.

I don't know if you can get any info from Sweden but I have hunted there a number of times and used their version of composting toilets. One spot there was no door so you had a brilliant view down the wood and always had your rifle leaning in the cornerjust in case a buck walked bye.

its a strange mix of designs.....chinese with the koi carp and very sort of early niave english....(whats the word i need.......there was a programme on TV recently where atisans were creating objects/fabric/ironwork...from that era)

The style is , accidentally antique ish 😆. She has a million ideas in her head , but struggles to keep up with orders ,and get creative.  These sticks are turning out to be very popular , and she gets quite a few commissions.
