harrycatcat1
Is this a sign of frost/cold damage to my bizzie lizzie's? If it is are there any ways I can get them to recover? If its not whats wrong with them please as they look far from happy? Tia
TIGHTCHOKE
Looks entirely possible that they have been burnt by the cold. Mine are still in the spare room awaiting planting out. They may well recover with a lot of TLC, you seem to be on top of the slugs and snails!

Thanks 👍I suspected that the cold had something to do with their condition. Just have to see if they pick up.

DoolinDalton
You could always put a few bits of fleece over them overnight, until the risk of frost is over. Even in the greenhouse, it gets cold enough to damage certain plants.

I think the damage has been done to be honest but I will certainly be putting fleece over anything planted before June in the future. figgy
They'll be fine and back to normal.in a few weeks. I've chopped some to bits with a strimmer once when the line caught and it ran through my border. Thought I'm not bothering planting anything else and just left it. Month or so later back they came. Bigbob
I always buy the frosted cheap stuff at Homebase , B&Q Asda or tesco , put them in a sheltered spot for a week or two and cram them into my tubs they always seem to pull threw And instead of £100s of pound to do the garden its down to £30, £40 each year
