Hope you guys like what you see and yes it taste excellent. I will enjoy it again tomorrow cold with some home grown potatoes, lettuce ,tomatoes, peppers and red onion. Did some lovely honey smoked trout the other month.............When it was sunny and you could bbq... How was the pigeon...........did it go "tough".. v-max Posted July 28, 2007 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 Hello very nice i have the same smoker with apple/cherry & jackd pellet's & must admit the meat is alway's good.I normally do roe venison but still have pheasant/partridge from past season to get through.Lee & perrin's is good in the water bowel too or fit ever flavour your marinaded meat in.
