To me, the things seem pretty minor! Interview with Oleksiy Breus, who worked at the plant, but not specifically featured in the drama https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-48580177 Interview with Major General Tarakanov, who is featured https://www.rt.com/news/461348-chernobyl-disaster-tarakanov-hbo/ So, some fiction in there for dramatic effect, but nothing too outrageous, despite RT's suggestions!
