12G Cartridges whats the best price you are getting

So with all the talk of Cartridges going up in price again, and no doubt again and again.

 

Do any of you have knowledge on any deals going on at the present time. Last time I brought some Eley Hawks they cost me £130 for 1000 7.5 12G that was about 2 Months ago over Litts Newport, and I need to replenish shortly

 

Thought this might be a good topic to share amongst us all.

Clays but im also using them on Pigeons and seem to be bringing them down well at around 40 yds.

You must be a good shot then, personally I would only use 7 1/2`s or smaller on snipe.

Not sure about me being a good shot, i think its more like 50/50 Hit/Miss to be honest.

But they do bring them down and they are not coming down wounded to be honest.

I also been using Blue Diamonds 7.5 28gms and they also do the trick

Not a knock mate, I just use 30-32gm 6`s as they do the biz for me, if you are hitting 50% then you are doing well :(

Got to admit I use size 6 GameBore when i go Pheasant shooting, they were almost a Fiver a box of 25 last season...thank god i only buy them for Beaters day...

I just paid £99 for 1000 of those in no8(and i got a free browning hat!!!). I paid £120 a 1000 for eley 32g 6.5 pigeons too.
