Pigeon Pie Recipe

I just slow cook everything with a few oxo cubes then buy pastry ready done. 

Sounds boring I know but I’m happy :)

Add chopped up pigeon breast, mushrooms, bacon bits and shallots to a frying pan and flash fry in a little butter for as minute or so. Empty into a pastry lined dish and add half pint gravy and half pint black sheep ale. put pastry lid on and cook for 45 mins 200 degrees c.

just use shop bought plain pastry and try to exclude shot pellets:good:

Scott rea does a good one on you tube. I use the recipe but make it somewhat larger as my tin is larger and I'm greedy. Best by far.
