WelshAndy
Afternoon all, Just a post to see what fellow members use to clean/wash down their kennel. I was a Jeyes fluid user but I was told it wasn’t good for my garden. Kennels are cleaned daily. Thanks in advance. Andy

loriusgarrulus
Be careful wetting your kennel floor every day unless you can leave your dog out till its dry. They can get kennel sores on their paws.
andrewluke
do not use any disinfectants which turn water white/milky as it's poisonous to dogs
Saltings
used to use jeyes fluid every other day and wash down in between back in the day ( my dogs do not soil the run) and as they have changed the carbolic level its found to be lacking , I now use Dettol diluted wash down let dry you are good to go / some use pine fresh disinfectant as cheaper by the gallon / a friend also uses a solution for mites used by pigeon fanciers cant remember the name mix in water looks milky and stinks to hell and kills blood suckers , I use ivermectin for skin parasites tics mange etc, however its not compatible for all breeds do some research first, Dettol diluted wash down for me
