mgsontour
Hi Has anyone got a Lemon chello recipe please? Cheers
Fatcatsplat
Vodka, sugar syrup (10 tsp sugar and about 100mls boiling water - Stir until dissolved and then let cool) and the zest (not the pith or the juice) of half a dozen lemons. Mix, shake and add the sugar syrup over time to get the sweetness right. Goes a lovely radioactive yellow!! Give it at least a month - The longer, the better

figgy
I've had cloudy lemoncelo and clear in Italian places. The clear was more potent less sweet and much nicer. Might make some myself, no adding water though 🤫
jasper682
Used Jamie Oliver's mate Genaro's recipe. Just Google it . Came out great. Gave some away at Christmas . All loved it. Just one note . 95% grain spirit was virtually impossible to get so got some at 70% from masters of malt . Just added a bit more alcohol .
