Griff36
My kids are now 6 & 5 and I have seen every Disney film going (numerous times). I am now thinking of downloading purchasing a few decent films to watch on the evenings, which film would you recommend?

Markio
All time fave Apocalypse Now. Band of Brothers box set Apocalpse Now one of my all time favourites :o anything else on par that I missed over the past 6 years? Shawshank redemption ******* outstanding films! Lets not forget Platoon or Full Metal Jacket. Love the Thin Red Line too. Godfather pt 1 & 2. Withnail & I. Everyone loves the classic greats, well because they are great! I love long films, the sort you can slob in front of with a tub of choc biscuits and a bucket of tea on a Sunday afternoon after a hectic week. Markio
Enemy at the gate Watched that at the Cinema. We dubbed it 'Enema at the Gate' as it was before they installed decent seating.
Mungler
I would add in the Woman in Black - got that on DVD a while back. Very atmospheric and scared the cr4p out of me. Old fashioned horror with no gore at all. With modern day ratings for films I reckon it is probably only a PG but I wouldn't recommend you let the kids watch it. Got to also have Saving Private Ryan, Blade and Heat.

Strange he always dies though, i wonder if it's in his contract?
