Back when these came out, they were very advanced for their time, still quicker then some modern bikes. The 'bike' is built to the engine, there is no real chassis. His is one of those guys that can do and make anything. He builds frames that enable the V-Max go round corners and you would love him. There is only one bike on the market that he wont touch and thats the Ducati as the frames can't really be improved on other than a slight weight reduction if he builds them from ali. What a cracking bike, easily ridden and well behaved with a decent riding position. Roughly translated a hooligans tool, loves to be up on one wheel and easy to get the knee down. The designer died of cancer way before he should have as he was one of the last century's real gems. I watched the video of him making the crankcases at home and when he couldn't cool them quickly enough he ran them to his indoor pool and dumped them in it. He must have patented his ideas as the slit eyes haven't stolen them yet.
