Old Boggy
Just been informed by the DVLA that my car is no longer taxed. Usual spelling and grammatical mistakes. No registration mentioned, just have my debit card ready when I click on the link. Do people really fall for this stuff? OB
TIGHTCHOKE
Unfortunately many do, or it would stop and they would move on to something else!

YES..... thankfully not as many these days as it is quite well reported ... but when new scams arise they always get a few victims before the word gets around.. oldypigeonpopper
Hello, they are now trying to scam young people with a promise of a job, one young lady lost about £250, this is worth noting if you have son/daughter or grandchildren,
Dick
I got told that my car wasn't tax as well. Also in the same week an 'investment' company rang me with a 'get rich quick' scheme. I told him that I would invest £10 million as soon as my cheque from the Nigerian national lottery came through.
