redial
I am returning to clay shooting after many years, when I shot trap disciplines. This time around I would like to try Skeet. The only local venue I know of is West Midland Shooting Ground, or are there others. Ideally I would like to find somewhere to practice and get to know the discipline. Rather than compete at this stage. Thanks for any advice.

Taileron
Millride Country Sports. Junction 1, M54. Not the best sporting layout as it’s very enclosed and too many traps, but the Skeet/ DTL layout is ok. 32p a clay. If you want a decent sporting layout, oak edge is the place. PhilR
Doveridge in Derbyshire. The family who own it were well known skeet shooters.

enfieldspares
The once upon a time owned by Leicestershire Wildfowlers ground at Kibworth Shooting Ground has/had three Skeet layouts but I'd guess that's too far.
