pigeon controller
Had a phone call last Wednesday that they had just finished rolling sixty acres of peas and the corvids were on the field already. So I grabbed some gear and headed out on the assumption if there are that many birds on the field I will not require decoys just shoot some down to start. Luckily when I arrived at the field it was covered and after a few shots I had my decoys It was a very cold wind so I set up with a thick holly bush at my rear and continued to shoot and it was full on action for two hours then just stopped but was very enjoyable as it was one of those days that you did not have to wait for the next shot you just kept shooting and that seemed to be all hit with out thinking. I total I shot for three hours and picked up 30 pigeons and 33 corvids, very satisfying.
