boo
So house is getting a bit of work done it , the kitchen was ripped out literally, salvaged most of it & repurposed into the shed/workshop , created a lot more storage & definitely cleaner ( for now ) also fitted a used window on the back ( left ) let's more light in , the sill on the inside is to tidy it up , bandsaw to go & will fit tooling rack on far end wall , not perfect but a lot tidier than what is was ! Walker570
Yes throw out kitchen units do make good work storage and tops. I did almost the same. Still forget where I've put stuff.

adzyvilla
I did exactly the same in my shed when we had our kitchen done. Then promptly decided to knock down the shed and build a new bigger one with purpose built storage and work surfaces the following year! Dad got the old worktops though so it didn't all go to waste. Tidy looking job
