THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
Nike Tracer, Green plastic case, faded writing, shot size 7, brass stamped with a 12 & 2 star shapes, flat & quite wide primer, no box so no other info. Any ideas anyone ? Are they a training Tracer round or is the tracer just a Nike brand cartridge type identity name ? Going through some old paper cased cartridges & forgot I had them. No idea how I got them or where from. I do know I havnt shot any, I'd of remembered that.. Edited September 4, 2022 by THEINVISIBLESCARECROW More info. scarecrow243
training rounds one round tracer ball is in centre of the shot so you see where your shot is going ie missing the target not safe to use in very dry areas as can start a fire

There's 8 mixed in with my old paper case cartridge collection. I don't plan on clay shooting on a cruise ship any time soon. I'll probably pass them on someday. busbiter
Shot a few of these at rabbits a few years back one night off the back of mates pickup, got them in a mixed lot of cartridges from a southams sale. You could tell when you shot one of those rather than a grand prix!
TIGHTCHOKE
Just has a pointless firework embedded in the wad, so should you want to know where your wad is going they are GREAT, but as for where the pattern is going, well that's another matter.
