30-6
An elderly lady who my wife and myself help out has asked me to see if there is any value to some odds and ends she has found from her late husband. Any knowledgeable camera guys on here who might be able to value items in picture. If so I can put them up in sales if anyone is interested. Tamron 80 to 210 mm lens and a Tamron 2x Tele Converter for Olympus. Two items in foreground miscellaneous items.

johnphilip
The lens would still. Be OK on digital cameras providing you can get a mount adapter , but could be a problem with metering and autofocus. 2x converter not worth a lot and may not work on newer cameras , other bits flash etc to a collector the money Is in the lens maybe £ 50 -
Walker570
Stick the lot on e bay , it is amazing what some folk are looking for. I sold a bunch of old reel film Cannon bodies and lenses a few years back and the lot got snapped up by a colector.
oldypigeonpopper
Hello, about £100 all in , film cameras are coming back again with a lot of enthusiasts
bruno22rf
Got to be blunt, I would be suprised if you got £30 for the lot, Tamron is not a quality lens and you can pick up the 80-210 "adaptall" for a fiver.

Keith 66
I sold my dads camera collection a year ago, he was in the trade & had a collection of good cameras amassed over many years. It is true film is making a comeback but there is a massive oversupply of equipment & a tiny market. Of Dads gear only a few cameras turned out to be worth anything the rest were worthless. One Rollei Twin lens reflex that was quite beat up turned out to be a very rare export to usa only model & fetched good money. Yet a Canon Ae1 outfit thought to be worth a fair bit turned out to have fungus in its lenses & was effectively scrap. A dealer will give at best 30% of the market value but it was the hassle free route i took. Marketplace etc turned out to attract so many scammers i took the adverts down.
