Looks like Union 5 lever BSI approved mortice locks 2101 with an extra hole drilled to fit cabinet but there are two sizes 65mm and 77mm.

Agreed and were formerly made by Chubb.  I believe Ingersol and others also make exactly the same format.  Standard is BS 3621 - guidance here;

Most locksmiths sell them, and loads 'on line'.  SWere used on cabinets such as 'Clays Shooters Supplies' usually in pairs with two different keys.
