Scully
It’ll still be ok for steel.
Gunman
It means the barrel is made of a superior grade of steel than the normal barrel steel .This used to imply was a higher resistance to corrosion and be able to withstand higher pressure loads . This has nothing to do with the proof specs and is largely a marketing ploy . What the specifications are will only be known to the makers . It's a straight copy of a 303 Beretta.

Yes they were made by Beretta and internally they are mostly Beretta 302/303, the barrels are interchangeable but the shape of the action is different. I have one
Westley
The chokes are different too. Browning being their standard Invector and Beretta using their Mobil choke. So IF you change the barrels, be aware of the choke difference.
