ditchman
Areal Tandoori is joints of chicken on a skewer done in a Tandoor oven...............well im fresh outa them ovens....so i decieded to do a Creme-Fraiche Tandoori......its done in a similar way to Beef strogonoff.... i tend to buy the herbs and spices off the net ..as the supermarkey ones are really expensive and they are also ground far too fine....once i have just about cooked the chicken i put in the spice so its frying in oil (for a short while) ..then i turn the heat off and go for a drink and a fag...which allows time for the spicey oil to penitrate the meat.... then i apply heat again...bring to a sizzile and add the creme-fraiche.....and fresh parsley...stir quickly ...turn the heat of and let it sixxle quitly ...then do the rest and chuck it on the plate it was bloody geogeous....with a couple of chapati's and mongo-chuntney.. bruno22rf
Have a look online for Natco , they actually gring the spice and delivery is very cheap, quality is as good as anything else I've tried. For a good Tandoori try an Air Fryer.
