"im mainly .........."farmworker food 1900's

i like my food simple now,,,dont get me wrong...i do love a nice curry now and again....below is todays repast....

this was really tasty...i used cheap co-op mince...a stock cube bit of pepper onion ..and that was it.....didnt put any gravy thickner in it as i would habe normal soaked the gravy/juice up with half a loaf of tiger bread and butter

this dish didnt even need woster sauce....but it was accompinaed with copious ammounts of Stellenboshe red wine,,,and im off foe a lay down..:lol: ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

i remember the farmworkers used to turn up at work with a pop bottle full of tea wrapped up in a couple of clean old darned socks......come 11 it was still warm :lol:
