Fuddster Posted July 25, 2023 Report Share Posted July 25, 2023 (edited) Best advice I had was recover slowly and frozen bag of peas in a tea towel applied 30mins on 30mins off. unlike a pal who ran a half marathon next day and opened his stitches half way round.still finished though. f.
