i went on a mission at the co-op to try all these chilled fresh filled pasta things...............and tried to make the best of them.....came to the conclusion that "less is more".....there is only one version i would readily have again..and that is the basic Raviolli......and none of this lardi-da sauce slopped over it....i would squeeze in a bit of tomatoe purree stir it around bit of parsley and some grated parmisan   served with a few shoots of asparagrass and garlic bread

end of....nice and simple
