TIGHTCHOKE
You really couldn't make it up. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c23kpvvxvlko You book an airfield and sell trips in "Super" cars. Park the cars up and leave the keys on site. What a bunch of WALLIES.

JohnfromUK
Primary security should be to the building containing the vehicles. With modern cars, once you have low risk access (i.e. once inside a building out of sight) it is I believe relatively easy to connect a laptop via a readily available 'adaptor' to the car's CANBUS system. After that - no 'key' needed. The keys were apparently in a safe, though some of these small 'safes' are about as secure as a biscuit tin.
