no spices or herbs...just chicken stock, few twists of black pepper...onions ...dates...sultanas...mushrooms

50mins in the oven ..remove the chicken and pour in the couscous..leave for 15 mins....the granins suck up all the loverly stock

very easy on yer tum and very tasty

Go easy with the pictures though, you might singlehandedly crash the forum again 😠😆😂 and upset a certain member 🤭😄

Look very nice as per usual Simon, beat my tea by a country mile tonight , I tried a M + S lentil cottage pie from the gastropub range , this was really for veggies which I am well and truly not , it was edible but another one that I have tried and very much doubt if another one enter my household anytime soon :drinks:   MM
