Partridge for me on Christmas day.

Very nice and all , I am sure it will be cooked to your liking , I'm going for the easy way out , I have got a corn fed chicken or a Guinea fowl , I fancy the chicken so the Guinea fowl will have to wait till around New Years Eve , I bought some stuffing today for the Chicken and popped in Morrisons first thing for some coffee and they had loads of veg for 10p , I got a large Turnip , a bag of Sprouts , a bag of Carrots and a bag of Parsnips all for 40 p , they can't be making much at that sort of money .   MM

Yes, I got all my veg in Sainsburys, as a Nectar card holder they were 15p a kilo, got spuds, turnips and carrots, well set up now.

This. https://mistyricardo.com/tandoori-chicken-recipe/

is my favourite recipe for a Tandoori chicken based on yoghurt.

Found this photo of a batch made to the recipe above.  These were cooked to around 75-80C internal temperature , cooled and then bagged and vac-packed in portions of around 4 or 5 lumps per bag and frozen.  They can either be eaten after oven reheating, or made up in a curry sauce of choice (to make a dish like tikka masala).
