After the fish & chips marathon, something a little healthier. Crispy skin snapper fillet with a nam jim dressing and broccolini. Nam jim sauce is a recent addition to my recipe book and we can't get enough of it! Very easy to make.

Look very nice , but a bit out of my league , mainly because we haven't got any snappers in our local fish shop , Cod yes but Snappers no

Bass or sea bream would be the perfect substitutes. A whole small sea bream would go well and look the part too 😋

Looks amazing. You're the first person in the UK I've seen share something about Nam Jum before so was intrigued as the missus is from Thailand. If you like nam jum you may also like to try other Thai dressings or dips like nam prik. I also love cooking or seasoning with a dash some thai shrimp paste, current favourite is this brand of shrimp paste but there's quite a few alternatives. Just a thought of what else you may like given that you like nam jim and seeing your recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for that, I will give those other suggestions a go. Thai cuisine is up there with  the best in the world in my opinion.
