Hi gang.

On the 6th Feb i had a mild heart attack. Just got home tonight after having a stent fitted.

Although it was classed as mild the pain was unbearable. I honestly thought i was a gonna.

About 5yrs ago i had a triple bypass. I must look after myself more.

So to all on here if you feel the slightest pain in your chest get it sorted.

I had two stents fitted in early December , wasn't to bad before I had them fitted but now feel a lot better , I walk a minimum of 5 miles a day and very often a lot more , keep the weight down and if you smoke or drink then try and ease up or better still stop , but you don't need me to tell you that . Good luck on your recovery .   MM
