lurcherboy
I used one of the chillis that Mungler gave me at Bisley in a homemade lentil and nettle soup. It was 3 litres and that one chilli almost rendered it useless. Thai chilli  LB
henry d
encona and tobasco are for puffs !! if you want hot sauce look for Daves Insanity Sauce Here`s a story and it`s true, as I saw it happen, about Dave`s INSANITY sauce. My mate was a keeper on a big estate that had plenty of money and revolved around shooting partridge through until October and then went to pheasant in November and had a central core of beaters and pickers up that daren`t miss more than a week as there was cheap drink for sale, gambling inside info, fresh sea food/venison etc. etc. so much so the shoot was nick-named exchange and mart !!! Inevitably there were many characters and one was a stalker who was employed as a picker up, the `keeper always had some sweets/crisps/drinks etc. lying about in his motor which towed the game cart and as a norm it followed the beaters wagon. The `keeper noticed that the goodies that were lying around in the cab of his landy were "disappearing" and the main suspect, not unsurprisingly was the stalker. The plan was to poison him with the afore mentioned sauce and after some deliberation a pack of Rolo`s were acquired to do the dirty deed. A tiny hole was carefully drilled into the sweet and about 2-3ml of caramel removed and replaced by said sauce and molten choccy used to disguise the hole and the sweetie replaced in the motor ready for the shoot day. On the shoot day the `keeper called everyone into the shed and said a joke was a joke but he was sick of his stuff going missing and he would be a bit upset if it continued. Second drive of the day and the landy was following the beaters wagon and the picker up/stalker was waving the rolo`s and winding the `keeper up so he radioed the landy and said not to touch the sweets. Right on queue he gets the ringer out of the packet and theatrically waves it about before stuffing it in his mouth............he chewed it 2 times and his eyes nearly popped out of his skull the rolo was jetisoned out of the, thankfully open, window of the landy. It took until halfway through the next drive for the laughter to die down. Apparently "HOT !" is not adequate a word
