trakker01
Hugh's Chicken Run9:00pm Chan 4 Kill It, Cook It, Eat It 10.30pm BBC Three all part of our nature, some countries still have there freedom to do this, although these programs are on a production scale for the masses, these are just natural instincts we are losing, due to not .......been hungry !! & the 'powers be' wanting your time to make Mr fat cat stinking RICH ..... Nildes
I think he's being deliberately niaive and sacrificing the opportunity to make some serious points by pulling a few stunts. I thought he should've stuck to just the side by side experiments with the program and missed out all the bollx with the council estate and phone calls to the supermarkets and stuff. Like his birds, most viewers will struggle to sort the wheat from the chaff.

charlie 1
I thought also that both programmes were very good. I have to agree though it would have been better if they didn't include all the things about the council estate but i did think it was intresting about the supermarkets.i found that hugh is on 2moz and wed and kill it... is on for the week so will be intresting to see the rest of it. NewbieShotgunowner
Yeah it was very good. the masses will never except what happens in slaughter houses or such like its to real for them they want to be nice and cozy in there ikea furnished house turn a blind eye to what happens. auto culto
i couldn't watch it all as i was truly mad by what he was trying to achieve ,what a load of utter bullocks, that fella has really gone down hill :o I'm sure if i stood outside tesco's and started dispatching rabbits, pheasants, pigeons etc it would turn a few heads and wouldn't go down to well. All he's trying to do is shock people and milk the cash cow at the same time. Given the size of the population does he honestly think that there's enough space for free range everything ? There would be a few malnutrition deaths occurring without these mass produced meat farms. What will be his next stunt ? maybe attacking the use of shotguns on game as being inhumane ?
