Really Big Brother!

I went back and looked over his posts from this morning and last night to see did he argue with someone or anything like that and most were either helpful or welcoming.

Disapointing really, thought he was a good guy :good:

 It seems that his 'crime' was over emthusiasm - it's all rather sad and not a little dirty - Tony clearly loves his sport and just wants to share his passion with the world. The only reason he can ermh 'could' post so much, is because he laid-up off work with a very serious back problem and he's awaiting surgery.

I can't believe he would be banned for posting too often

There has to be more to it than that, surely? I had noticed a little bitterness in a couple of his posts recently, he didn't seem able to let it drop, after a bit of a run-in, perhaps with the mods. I couldn't help thinking he was painting himself into a corner. Best not to dwell on a fall-out. I've had the odd run-in with members, but I wouldn't harp on about it or harbour a grudge, it's just forgotten.:lol:

It is a shame, nice bloke, enthusiastic and helpful and very welcoming to new members.

i've just had a bit of small banter deleted from the for sale section. makes me chuckle a little, screams of censorship to me this seriously taken moderation stuff. granted step in when its needed, but surely minor circumstances are can be let be.

i hope he really did do something worth getting 'banned' for.

he never did anything wrong... he was a good chap why has he got banned :good:

Ive always found him to be a reasonable bloke, got involved in absolutely everything and willing to help anyone.

A lifetime ban seems a little extreme to me given his past record, an explanation from the mods would be nice, if only to clear the air a little and put the record straight.

 D2D

I am also confused i would like a bit of clarification off one of the mods.

He was a very helpful member for me and many others it would seem, surely banning him has sort of cutting off your nose to spite your face. I thought the whole point of a forum was to be a general meeting place for people with similar interests, so questions and experiences can be shared.
