This has got me thinking. Is my scrotum fully compliant with the lastest Health & Satefy legislation? What if someone injures themselves and then sues me? Will I have to compensate them? To protect myself I am making up a warning sticker, which will be displayed prominently on my scrotum sack at all times. It will read: WARNING! MAY CONTAIN NUTS. That ought to do the trick. Robert It should read.....IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PULL THE **** AND I'LL COME AS FAST AS I CAN!

Some people have these things as BRAGGING rights, ie "I've got one of those and it's BETTER than YOURS!".....Sad, very sad!!

I freely admit I am the worlds worst speller, worse than that I leave whole words out of sentences. So I clicked on the iSpell checker at the top right of this box and have just downloaded it to try. Time will tell if it works, it won't replace missing words though so I will have to check for those manually :o The problem with the spell checker is that it will want to change correct spelling to the American way, and the use of the wrong spelling of a word i.e. Chequer instead of checker, it ignores as it is spelled correctly. Apart from that it works fine. Ensure your spell checker is using an english(UK) dictionary not English(US) then you should get colour not color. M. Damn that's good i only get mine in BLACK!

Just to clarify my thoughts, I DONT have a problem with a site being Moderated/Policed, At times it is essential before things get too out of hand and an all out brawl ensues, or as has been pointed out this is a PUBLIC Forum open to people from all walks of life and of all ages. It just seems that one moderator allows some thing albeit a bit near the knuckle and this may be posted for some time, then the next shift of moderators come on and it gets removed. It could well be that the previous shift have not had time too sift through all the post and the next shift takes over and they cop for the action? This i can accept, may be i have answered my own question?

There does seem to be a lack of consistency among the MOD's! Not wishing to cause an argument, but at present it is hard to know when and where HUMOUR is acceptable? Some Moderators seem to let some things pass and then others come along and remove posts some time later? We all can appreciate at times that Derailing/Hijacking can be to an extent annoying, but after a certain length of time some threads have run their course and therefore the Derailing/Hijacking is a means of like minded members enjoying some light hearted exchanges. I am aware of the "Play Pen" for the mainstay of the fun topics, but surely the "Off Topic" section is in danger of becoming too straight laced!?! For me it's the not knowing who accepts what and when it's acceptable. Like i stated this is not meant to cause an argument, but is just my thoughts and opinions, and yes i know Opinions are like **** Holes and everybody has one!!

Knowing how finical the law is in this country with judges passing soft sentences, not so honest police men/women human rights and so on. What would any of us do in a situation, say early hours of the morning (02.00 or there abouts), You're in bed the wife at your side the 2 kids asleep and you hear a noise down stairs! 1. Phone the police? knowing by the time they get there all you can do is tell them whats missing ie stolen! 2. you go to investigate.....and come face to face with the intruder who is carrying a weapon of some sort. But to make his escape he has to get by you! What then? Do you stand aside and say sorry for being in the way and do you need a hand? Or do you have a go at restraining him for the next 3 hours till plod arrives, Knowing full well if you put a scratch on the poor chap there is every chance you are leaving the house with the cuffs on! During the struggle you come off worse and he still escapes! the scenario's could be endless, But what would any of us do? And do any of us really have any faith in the justice system?

I like a lot of people drive for a living, me I'm on the buses, and frequently get used for target practise! Needles to say we have to report all incidents to our manager, no matter how small. I have had 1 occasion where a white van man stoved a side window in half way down the off side, glass all over the passenger! Basically 2 lanes where becoming 1, me on the inside with the outer lane having to give way as it was ending. Matey in the van pulls in too much too soon, BANG window gets put in with his wing mirror, i stops gets out to exchange details, in time to see him drive off, gets his reg. number and informs the depot and the police. After several weeks police have found him but are not going to proceed with the matter as insufficient evidence! So me and 5 people on the bus don't count! i will guess rightly or wrongly your safe, you may get a visit and a slap on the wrist.

Yep definitely cull them by whatever means, can't stand Boy Racers, They're a menace to other track users ! Me I'd get bigger GATES and a king size Padlock an' Chain! That would stop them getting on the track in the 1st. place.
