clayman
You can buy the basic CPSA "Clubman" insurance on Ebay. This gives the same insurance as full membership, but you can only enter competitions at your nominated home ground ( in order to try them). For fun practice its all you need at £30-00 Clayman Edited March 12, 2008 by clayman

triscrx
To join BASC is £59 per year and that should cover you for clay pigeon shooting insurance as far as I know.
Piebob
again i cant find there prices on there site although they have to be there somewhere ! Front page, first link = "Join BASC" which has their prices. http://www.basc.org.uk/content/join Full £62 Junior (under 18) £20 Senior (65 and over) £52 Joint (husband and wife) £77 Gamekeeper £50 Gamekeepers (husband and wife) £62 Life Membership £1000 Edited March 13, 2008 by Piebob
webber
BASC membership will cover you for all of your shooting activities, but you will not be entitled to shoot CPSA registered shoots. The BASC membership is far more comprehensive than the CPSA, hence a difference in price. webber
Salop Matt
Looks like BASC for us then as neither or us will enter shooting comps ! We only have friendly compition between us and i rough shoot so that cover would be good ! or to keep costs down CPSA for the lady and BASC for me !
