well, got to my permision at 8pm as organised, and there was plenty of daylight left. made a start on the main field, but as the crops are just pushing through, there was not a ot of cover, so i didnt see many bunnies. went onto the next field which is christmas trees, and they seemed to appear from everywhere.

now, being new to this, there is me walking round with my rifle slung over my shoulder, and everytime i saw one, i shouldered my rifle,,,,,,, and you guessed it...gone!

just before last light, i was carrying my rifle ready, and a small rabbit ran round the corner and stopped. i thought it was going to do the same disapearing act, but it just sat there. rifle up, saftey off...... CRACK!!!. bunny drops dead! :yp: :lol::lol:

i only managed the one, but when i rang the farmer to tell him i was leaving and all was secure, i told him i only got the one, and he was made up. "its one less to breed next year".

cant wait to get back now. cleaned it on site, (didnt puke :D ) and its now resting in the kitchen :D:good:
