Good man dazza - just make sure you run it in properly and she will last you a lifetime :good:

remember she wont group a first, but after a few dozen rounds ( if you happen to hit on the right one ), it will sing

What do you think of the ammo I bought? It's all I could get today. What would you recommend?

Thats the ammo sako test all the sako and tikka .224 cals with and it groups very well, in fact it was the only ammo that would group in my new tiika t3 when i had it - the only way to get better groups is to homeload, but thats for the future mate

looks sweet dazza would nt like to be charley in your part of the woods shortly :good:

Be a few paper targets to get the confidence up first, I'd rather go out with somebody with experience a few times before I go on my own.

dazza can you buy that rifle screw cut? reason is i was speaking to 2 mates on wed night.1 had bought a 222 and the other a 204 ruger and both of them have had their rifles screw cut since buying them.i thought it would have been a factory option.the man who screw cuts up our way must be flat out.i know him but won`t mention any names on here.

I'm not sure about buying them screw cut, somebody else will probably know. I'm looking to have it screw cut in the next month or so. Do you know a guy up the country that does it? I'm sure some of the old 'gun makers' that used to work in Shorts years ago could have done it :good:

Very nice, cant wait to see it in the flesh. :good:

You will find that the sling is the right way round,it is more comfortable to carry muzzle down.

We will have to get some long range bunny bashing organised so you can get your hand in with it.

Did the dealer mount the scope for you?

I also know a man who can thread it for you
