there is a lady that had grants from Friends of the Earth to buy 10acres of land 300metres off my land.

this lady does a bit of so called 'LAND ART'..

she calls it land art, but all we can see is 3acres of Ragwort with wine bottles and wood all over the place supposing to be something religous. then in the 5 acre field, she last year she tried to grow Cannabis in it but the crop failed, and now those 8acres of very good land before is now weeds , Ragwort , long grass and brambles. last week we saw 3diggers enter the 2 acre field which my dad used to grow top quality spuds in, and just now me and dad got back from going to see what they were doing, and the man who owns the diggers(local farmer) said that his job was to take 2foot of topsoil off, put that soil around the banks to form a sort of pond, and then this mad women was going to plant heather there(like on moors, cliffs and bogs.) this is an absolutely outragous way to use top quality soil !!

we might go to the National Parks and Trust as they are dead against our cliffs having heather on it.

anyone got any suggestions?

the cannabis crop failed i think.. the police didnt do anything and they were told about it loads.. lazy b'tards.

i know that a pile of travelers(jippoes) raided the field but everything was dead.

If it's in the National Park, she will need permission before she can change the use of the land, and certainly before she can make ponds.

Even if it's not within the National Park, I'm pretty sure she needs planning permission to create ponds.

Ragwort is classed as a noxious weed and she is required by law to destroy it. If it is reported to your local authority, they will issue her with an enforcement order.
