As the title says. If you are heading this way and fancy a shoot to releive the monotony, PM me with details and we can see what can be done.

We're over-ridden with rabbits this year so all help appreciated. It would also be nice to meet other members from around the country.

I'm hoping for about 10 days down there in a week or so - and look forwards to meeting thee my ansome. Hopefully I'll be taking the wifey's Shogun Pinin for a drive as Chris's is still having work done to it - again.

I also had a very short notice long weekend down there with Chris last week. He took me for a 2 hour walk around somewhere he'd been "saving" for me, we got over 70 bunnies in a field about 40 acres that had old mineshafts in it.

Bigthug, I have a couple of shotties, so you are welcome to borrow one. It would be tricky bringing your own if you're camping!

Dave, Chris has my number, ring me when you're down.

For reference I am 8 miles from Falmouth, 15 miles from Newquay, 10 miles from Hayle and 2 miles from Porthtowan. The land I cover is suitable for shotgun or air rifle. Some for FAC if you have open licence, tho limited amount. Best fun to be had is with a .410 or air rifle for rabbits and 12b for everything!

To all who have asked, I couldn't really recomend a campsite down here as I don't stay on them! But Hendra at Newquay has a good pool complex for the kids.

Ah - looks like it going to be your shotties on your permissions then because my cert is still closed till late this year. I'll try to get a list of which of Chris's permissions are cleared for rimmie in return mate. Is your wife's .177 a right hander and would she let "you" borrow it?

Will try to meet up with that Big thug too

Bring as many carts as you want to fire. I'll always have more if you need 'em. I only have baikal OU or AYA sbs to choose from, so no artillery shells! What do I shoot mainly? Thin air, clumps of grass masquarading as rabbits and trees.

Dave, yes the .177 is right handed and I may be able to bribe her with a bottle of wine.

Tinbum did you go see the other farmer adjoining your latest permission, perhaps you can take Dave g there, my paj should be done for Wednesday so you can take turns up through rear roof. B)

Yeah, got written permission for every type of gun (un-modded shotgun by prior agreement) and every type of quarry (except pheasant) from paul last week.

The whole of Cornwall will be ours soon!

Hi guys

If you speak to Maggie and Devon and Cornwall Plod, or email her from the website she usually responses same day if land is already cleared.

Glad to see you boys enjoying the glorious sunny South West.

D&C could'nt tell me because I'm not licensed by them - they need to have a request from Leic's force, but as the database is now national Leic's can check themselves.... Which they did :good:

Two of the five I asked about are good for Chris's .223, one .22rf, one not cleared - that'll do for me

Sorry to hear that BT - maybe next time.
