rlewis
My nan has just sold a felid with the housing agency. And from what i can gather i think she has made alot of money. She is treating me and my sister to somthing we want. And i surpose i had to say new air rifle, my nan said "of course" and now i have got under £1000 to spend on a gun i have already got a bsa ultra but iam not sure that i should spend all this money on a gun as iam only 15 and iam also not alound to keep the money so it is a air rifle or none. What type do you think i should go for. SharpShooter14
Just an airgun, or airgun and scope? I would get a really nice Rapid with some type of Bushnell on top.

JohnGalway
If you're happy with the rifle you already have, I'd go for another rifle (just the rifle) which won't lose much of it's value. That way you can always trade it in against something else or sell it at a later date :yp:
tweedledee
rapid hw or daystate would be top of my list with a nice bushnell on top.buy once and buy right first time. wished i had £1000 to spend i could buy some set up for that kind of money. think sub 12 the hw would be top of my list with bipod scope etc as accessories

Biffo1262
If you already have a decent gun, be wise and persuade her to let you invest it mate. Interest rates are pretty good for savers at the moment and it's not every day that something like that drops in your lap. Besides Granny may be testing you to see how wise you are 'grasshopper'!
