myzeneye Posted September 16, 2008 Report Share Posted September 16, 2008 i was just on my way home from a great weekend away, rough camping and shooting.... when i heard the news..... a great sadness came over me which i knew my friends wouldnt understand... a great loss of a true talent.... he wrote some of the most preliffic of floyds tunes and was a key part to the "floyd sound".... his last solo album reflects his talents....the track he played on gilmours last tour was stunning.. he will be truely missed.... rip richard.
