Aled_cky Posted December 20, 2004 Author Report Share Posted December 20, 2004 land heats up warmer than the sea.. so inland like the midlands and the further east you go is warmer in the summer than around the coast.. and as the sea cools down slower than the land we still get warmth from the sea. Aled_cky Posted December 22, 2004 Author Report Share Posted December 22, 2004 shocking TLE.. this is the weather 17.3miles inland from me http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=3349 we get very different weather though.. but thats the nearest we can get on the web.. usually if it says raining there its just a bit of a shower passing over us and then sunny straight after pain the buttocks. but it doesnt look like snow on x-mas day.. that says rain for tomorrow but i could predict from the sunset we had tonight(like mid summer) that it would be sunny tomorrow. i was also still working until 4:45tonight and it was still sunny.. the weather forcast is lies.. all lies :o Aled Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Taking my nag on a XC charity ride on boxing day and if it does snow then that idea goes straight down the crapper. Although if not too icy it would be really pretty out. mel b3 Posted December 26, 2004 Report Share Posted December 26, 2004 we had a good downfall of snow here last night around 9pm.it was quite strange as the street had been very quiet all day long but as soon as the snow came the street was full of people(kids and adults) in pyjamas having snowball fights it was very festive i must say .
