LeeinVA
Let me introduce myself, my name is, Lee S. Martinson, and reside in Charlottesville, Virginia.. i have been shooting springers and PCP's for 30 years.. I happened to find this site while doing research on big bore airguns.. I do own a Sam Yang 909 in .45 calibre and am looking to purchase another large bore soon.. It is always good to have another mans point of view.. Besides it may be interesting to learn the differences of both countries when it comes to laws and the overall sport of shooting our air rifles.. Good day Gentleman

kev 1
could you post a picture of your big bore air rifles, and what power they are? ....
LeeinVA
I certainly will.. Currently i have but one, and that is the Sam Yang 909 super tuned with a muzzle velocity of 900 fps with a .454 round ball.. The muzzle velocity drops to around 750 fps when a 255 gr. Lee R.E.A.L. bullet is used and the kenetic energy is approx. 270-275.. I will attach a link, for the moment, to show you what this rifle is about.. http://www.pyramydair.com/p/big-bore-909s-sam-yang.shtml They also sell a 9mm and .50 Cal. Dragon Slayer.. My problem is i have so darn many Coons and Deer that ransack my yard.. Last Saturday evening i shot my 17th Coon, and earlier that morning had 10 Deer in my back yard.. Anyone up for some Venison... I also have a Beeman R1 in a .25.. A RWS 48 in a .25, An RWS 36 in .177..
