Rome wasn't built in a day!!!

 

Ive been told in the next two days, so hang in there.

 

 

As for the "gone bust" remarks.......... why dont people pick up the PHONE....... we're still here. I'm amazed at how small minded people are, just cos the website is down people think you've gone under. bizarre.

I phoned them Friday afternoon and placed an order for a couple of hundred pounds of kit, it left their place today for delivery tomorrow, so they are well and truly alive and kicking, although i must say they tend to ****** off erly somedays and leave a chap minding the phone who may not be 100% sure of everything BUT.... He is very helpful and trys very hard, good customer service, some shooting shops should look at UK Shootwarehouse and see how good customer service is done.

its not like the website is actually down, it even explains whats going on :yes:

i'm still trying to order some stuff from them, but some links still don't work on website, called them, no answer, left message on ansaphone, no one has yet called me back!

i know they do very good quality kit, but they really need to sort themselves out

I have just placed a large order on the Shootwarehouse site and had no problems with links etc. They seem to have a lot more products now available, more than there old site. When you get to the payment page your details are forwarded through a secure Protx payment process.

I ordered some gear earlier this week via phone. The website then was awful: broken links, pages taking forever to load etc

The above wasn't just a one-off. I tried it several days running with the same results.

I have just checked it again though and it now does seem to be working OK. :oops:

I have over the years bought stuff from them via the old site and over the phone. They have always come across as very professional to me. I think they must have had some teething problems with the new site. I had a friend of mine that set up a car parts web site and it took him a few months to get it all going.
