daz2202 Posted March 24, 2009 Report Share Posted March 24, 2009 As the shoot warehouse site was down for some time i ordered some bits from brighteyesandbobtails VERY dissapointed. The order initially turned up with shortages, I emailed them via the contact us page and after a week I had no response, I searched the web and got a telephone number for them. When I phoned they confirmed that they had my email and was getting around to dealing with it as they didn't stock the item and get there supplier to send them direct. Another week past and I chased them up. The following day my 'To follows' arrived. 1 item was damaged so i phoned them, They said there policy was not to send out any replacements untill they had recieved the damaged item back. (this item was £4). Still i posted it back at my cost of £1.50, 3 weeks later i phone them to to chase up the replacement. The answer i get is sorry but your part hasn't arrived back here so we cannot send out a new one. They asked if i took out insurance when sending. I didn't as the item was only £4. I would have done but the site was down for so long and i needed to order bits and bobs. Its a shame really as for £4 damaged item they would not have had this post advertising to hundreds of potential customers that there service is pants. top shot Posted April 3, 2009 Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 unlucky for you mate d.j litts done the same to me with my magnet but they rectified it even tho they had to go to administration thats probably why but they still gave me the product at the end try black wolf supplies its what i use and they are great with customer service and the delivery very pleased with them would not change black wolf supplies for any company.
