Psyxologos
I find orange clays much easier. I understand your point being colour blind though...
Paul_M
Being colour blind myself, I have no problems picking out orange clays. In fact, i think due to my colour blindness i can often see things others cant against a background. I often see animals / birds in cover before anyone else can. Being colour blind only effects my perspective of colour, i often confuse green and brown, blue & purple. And to dispell a common myth, i dont see in black and white! Greenhunter
What about WHITE ones (clays not elephants!) On second thoughts, it could all be a white elephant story
Doc Holliday
Ah! Jeez Louise! I don't think I've heard such a bunch of whining, whinging, lame assed no hitters as this. If I didn't know better I'd have thought I was reading the minutes to the Jeremy Vine show. Get a grip on yourself man! Stop pussyfooting around and hit the ruddy things. If you can't do that then maybe Mother Nature is telling you you should put down your gun and take up golf. Just don't use the orange balls! Evil Elvis
tHATS NOT FUNNY REALLY....I WAS LATE TO WORK YEARS AGO FOR A NIGHT SHIFT IN CCU, MY WIFES CAT HAD DECIDED TO GIVE BIRTH JUST AS i WAS LEAVING.I had a er ahem xr3i, and whizzed up to the big roundabout outside the hospital, it was summer and dusk, i glanced right and carried on going as i did I caught a glimpse of metal and hammerred the brakes. What i hadnt seen was a red porche in the dusk light against all the greenery of the roundabout, I apologised to the fellow and went to work. Almost exactly the same happenned again a year later with a red mondeo.....now I stop religiously wether I think there are cars there or not!!!! just for the record...traffic lights are in sequence and Mungler cabs was in operation for the masters. Evil Elvis
iTS COOL DUDE, i DONT TAKE OFFENSE EASILY REMEMBER I SHOOT WITH LV AND MUNGLER!!!. I dont know how its any different as Ive never seen colours how you do have I? I Can see orange on its own and red, but merge it with another colour in the spectrum I cant see and im stuffed. I used to fish a lake with a mate that was 90% covered in tiny green lillies, we used to get the carp feeding in them with chum mixers, I used to free line a dog biscuit, my mate used to use a tiny orange bubble float which I could see easily out of the water, but as soon as he cast it amoungst the lilly it vanished even if it was 5 foot in front of me......very frustrating!!!!! The truth is I have no idea how you see/percieve colour, I know colour by association, I know that grass is green, but what green looks like to me and what it looks like to you will be 2 differrent things. My optician is currently looking into the possibility of getting me colour corrective lenses to try which would be interesting ....................if it doesnt work then Im seriously considering dropping out of competitions altogether, 124 first time at the Essex masters wasnt a terrible effort but i shoot a lot better than that, I recently did a 94 ex 100 at a shoot that uses only black clays...........................
