ME
You boys couldnt organise a...err...err...a fishing day in a fishing boat ?!
Raja Clavata
Gasp, shock, horror - there is a discrepancy in the weather forecasts. Perhaps we should just pick the best one BBC is showing low wind speed. Let's make the final call tomorrow...
MC
Yep, I just checked that and 5mph is nothing to worry about.
starlight32
I am now the owner of a fine craft, and am pondering on making the offer to take you all out. I dare thee Essex lad's......... would ye stand afore the suffolk mast?
Raja Clavata
Metcheck also now reporting steady 6mph, gusting 8mph; looks like a go go  So a mixed bag kind of day has been requested, will ask the skipper to get some worms and crabs - not sure on the hermit crab situation as he's had a couple pots nicked lately (most likely by Kent of Suffolk bandits). If anyone else brings any more of either then we'll sort them out appropriately. We need to sort out our own lunch and liquids other than tea / coffee. Regarding a trip out from Suffolk; reckon that would be a good one to arrange for the colder months when the codling are back in?
pavman
Baz,There's not even anyone from Suffolk in our party ... ATB RC have you stopped to consider why that may be the case
MC
Because you are all jessies
Raja Clavata
have you stopped to consider why that may be the case  Nope, as far as I'm concerned you were all more than welcome, so I give in; pray tell?
Evil Elvis
 How big do the crabs need to be? i could pop into the gu clinic tomorrow? Have we got any times etc yet, grumpy bob asked................
Raja Clavata
What time would you like to start Gentlemen? Our usual start times vary from 05:30 to 08:30...
MC
Not too early, It will take me best part of an hour to get there. 7.30 would be good
Raja Clavata
OK, it's about an hour for us too; 07:30 it is, but that's the time we'll be aiming to leave the marina, please. Skipper will supply hermits and squid. If anyone can get hold of say 6 to 8 packs of lug and 50 peelers that would be great?? (I'd offer to do so but am working late tonight and all day tomorrow so won't be able to get down to Southend in time). We'll also be relying somewhat on finding some mackerel for bait. Nice bright shiny feathers chaps Brekkie is sorted so just bring what you want to eat for lunch / snacks, don't forget to bring enough liquids too. Baz, I'll be leaving mine at or around 06:00, welcome to come to me or we can meet you somewhere on the A127, give us a bell... I tink we is sorted
