Cranfield
Gamebore Super Game Extreme, with 30 gms No6 and fibre wad, probably the best pigeon (and pheasant) cartridges in the world.
Toombsy
I don't care really so long as they are No6s, lead and cheap But, having said that, I only buy 250 at a time just in case I come across a bad batch.... and I haven't found any yet. Been through Lylvale, Victory, Eleys, Gamebore, Hull Cartridge and they've all stopped pigeons
MerseaDavid
Me and dad both use Eley HP pigeon cartridges in 6 shot 32 gram laods and they are the cheapest we have found and they work great on long and close range birds. It is always worth sticking to one make of cartridge because you are used to them and if you change you might not get on with them.

Lez325
Eley HP pigeon cartridges in 6 shot 32 gram for me- seem to work well even on the odd high flyer Les
Greenhunter
I never use more than 30grm loads....keeps the recoil down, and the price!! Still stops pigeons GH
utectok
30 or 32 gms in 6 most makes are ok but get some 34 gms 5s for long birds or rooost shoots any make really I like hulls but not that bothered.
the arable cleanser!
Don't know why but i seem to have most confidence in lylevale express 32g 6's. I just feel i shoot better with them although you can get cheaper cartridges. If i cant get them then i settle for GB 32g 6's.
Alanl50
What your using is a good cartridge although I also like and am using at the moment Gamebore clear pigeon 32g in 6s. For my shooting over decoys I have used to good effect Gamebore Pro Steel in 7,1/2, 28g superb, when I have wound my way through this 1000 Gamebore clear pigeon Ill probaly buy lead and steel for my shooting Regards Alan
humperdingle
32 gram 6s usually. Not too fussed on the make, but usually buy Gamebore or Lyalvale as that's what my local place stocks.
