On a more serious note, I have spent some time with a local solicitor now and also sent 'the old man' as he has far more time on his hands to Cit Advice. Needed some legal advice rather than illegal as the latter was starting to look like a better option. (some of the Pm's have amused me, thanks) Did find it quite interesting when the solicitor basically said that I am very likely to get my money but its proberly going to be very long drawn out as the butthole that I am after is likely to have moved all of his assets about in recent property sales that he has had in the last year. However I am now waiting for his bank details to arrive (by form of a previous cheque he paid me a while ago) as i am told that his bank can be investigated then and if untoward transations have gone on then they can be reversed.
